Nestled in lush greenery on the sunny side of St. Magdalena in Villnöss, it offers a truly special setting. From the apartment, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Villnösser Geisler peaks – from the first morning light to glowing sunsets. The Trutscher Häusl was not only built with environmental responsibility in mind – it is also operated that way. All the energy we use is sourced entirely from natural, renewable resources.

Terms of payment
Prices are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of 3 nights and occupancy of 2 people (high season 7 nights).
We charge a surcharge for stays of less than 3 or 7 nights.
We charge a surcharge for each additional person.
Children’s prices on request.
The fixed local tax of €2.40 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over is included.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the days booked but not used. Booking guarantees that have already been paid for will be included in the cancellation fees.
