The prices are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of3 nights and an occupancy of 2 persons (main season 7 nights). We charge a surcharge for stays of less than 3 or 7 nights The local tax per person/day of 2.40 euro from 14 years is included How to pay: Cash Bank transfer in advance

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked travel price. Within the last 4 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the days booked but not used. Booking guarantees that have already been paid for will be included in the cancellation fees.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. (Earlier possible upon request) Departure should be by 9 am.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed on our farm. Our apartments are designed to be allergy-friendly so that all guests can feel completely at home.

A surcharge applies for stays shorter than 4 nights, we charge a surcharge.

The local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day from the age of 14 is included.

  • No free cancellation is possible during the peak season (August, Christmas/New Year, Carnival)
  • For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival (except for peak season), no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 13 to 4 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked service will be charged.
  • For cancellations 4 days before the arrival date and no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service will be charged.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM (earlier check-in available upon request).
